 From the 4th January 2009 All Commercial Properties which are offered for Sale or to Let will need to have a Commercial Energy Perfomance Certificate (EPC). This is now Law and there are fines for non compliance. If therefore you are offering a Commercial Property on the Market which has a fixed heating or cooling system you need act quickly.
